Founded in Berlin in 1889, this pioneering company for measurement and control technology looks back on a long tradition. HEIDENHAIN, located in Traunreut in southern Bavaria, now offers products and solutions for industries such as machine tools, automation, electronics, robotics, elevators, and medical technology.

HEIDENHAIN Scandinavia

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, since 1993, HEIDENHAIN Scandinavia AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of DR. JOHANNES HEIDENHAIN GmbH. The company is a sales, servicing, and distribution center for the Nordic and Baltic region for the complete range of products manufactured by HEIDENHAIN. Product application and customer service support is provided for CNC control systems, digital readouts, linear encoders, rotary encoders, length gauges, touch probes and machine calibration equipment.

HEIDENHAIN Scandinavia AB is a member of the Machine Tool Association of Sweden (SVMF), Automation Region, Skärtekniskt centrum (SKTC) & Danish Robotic Association (DIRA).

In conjunction with the quality and environmental certification of DR. JOHANNES HEIDENHAIN GmbH HEIDENHAIN Scandinavia AB maintains its established quality system, which meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9002:1994.
